mandala is a sacred circular symbol that represents wholeness, the universe, and the continuous journey of life.Just like a mandala radiates outward from a single center point,  human life unfolds from our core inner self into the vast experiences of the world. The intricate patterns and balanced layers of the design remind us that everything in existence is deeply connected. Furthermore, the traditional newar buddhist  practice of sweeping away intricate sand mandalas and other mandala for the painting teaches us the vital lesson of impermanence—that all moments, whether joyful or painful, are temporary and must be met with grace. Ultimately, viewing life as a mandala encourages us to navigate external chaos by continually finding our way back to our own inner peace and center.
